Chore Checklist helps you manage chores at home or other places. It records chores completion date and calculates next due date based on your preference. The "automatic reset" feature always gives you a fresh start of each recurring chores. It resets daily chores after midnight(or any hour you specify in "Settings"). For weekly, monthly or other recurring chores, it resets the progress based on conditions(see "Automatic Reset" section in Help for more detail).It comes with a pre-loaded check list which has routines, such as "Daily Routine", "Weekly Routine", "Monthly Routine" and etc. You can edit them or add new routine/chores. You can set start/end date, reminder, progress, and notes for each chore.You will need to install this app on your phone(not SD card) in order to add a widget to home screen.The app also allows you to create multiple lists. In "Due Date View", the user can combine multiple lists into one view sorted by due date. The full version doesnt have Ads. There are also statistics reports to record chore completion history. With separate purchase of Chore Checklist Cloud Connector, the full version users can sync/backup to the cloud and share their lists between devices and users. We also provide free online editor at www.dotnetideas.com for easy list editing. ***Upgrade from Lite to Full app:When you upgrade from lite to full, you can use the "Backup and Restore" feature to migrate your data.To backup your lists, open the lite app and click on "Menu"->"Backup and Restore"->"Backup" in Routine View. Then click on "Backup" to use the default folder or "Select Folder" to choose different location.Then open the full version, click on "Menu"->"Backup and Restore"->"Restore". It will open default backup location. Choose the folder which contains backup files and click on "Restore". Very efficient.. Easy to use..
Entire routines keep disappearing. Usually it's the yearly and quarterly. Today it's weekly and less frequent. I'm forced to backup DAILY. This needs to be addressed.
This app is my go-to-app when it comes to setting up cleaning schedules, DIY projects, gardening planners...the sky is the limit. Have been using it for I don't know how long and it keeps getting better. Need a break from all the schedules & planners; just turn on the vacation mode. If you haven't guessed it by now: I think this app is absolutely fabulous! Still loving it.
Excellent. Developer is responsive. It was a little hard for me to get used to the concept of "routines" but now that I've been using it for several months, I see advantages. ... Update April 2021 ... After 8 years, I am STILL using this app. I doubt that I have any other non-Google app I have been using this long. The developer keeps updating it, is responsive, and it continues to be my go-to app for recurring To Do items (chores).
The app is excellent in every way, but I'd like to be able to watch my chores grouped by location only (in case, for example, today I'd rather work on one room of the house, to know everything that is pending or can be done in advance or can be assigned to someone else), and better if then I can sort them by date or alphabetically.
Stopped Working, Can Not Reinstall App stopped working. Uninstalled. Tried to reinstall it asks to free up space on my phone. Plenty of space... Whats the deal.
Long time user. Paid and on PC. Was going to make my own app like this, but this has everything I needed.
Unable to share list without buying additional content. Coordinating with family in a single place was our goal and it wasn't clear from the app page that you needed to buy a cloud addition and the version you initially purchase is not the full version - you have to buy and install that as well.
Very good app automatically gives you the chore that needs to be done on that particular day of the week. This app is like no other app in the market place, planning my different chore on different days. Very nice :)
So far so good. I really like this app and the customer service I received for my teething problems at the start (due to my own lack of knowledge) has be awesome, very prompt and very helpful 👍
